Why I ask it.

Because Help Bot of this platform can be asked in any language, not only English and  provide response also with the same language in which was asked. I do not think that Help bot was trained in 130 languages. Probably exist si=ome method to add translation is not it ?

I tested several other bots in groups and had no issues.
Make sure you followed all of the above steps.

The "think" tag for a response takes an expression of Self code.
You must enter code for the think block, not a string.

I did all that and still does not respond to messages in groups, it will not be a problem with Botlibre.com.

because with another app it worked in groups but the advertising was intrusive.

Did you enable groups for the bot?

I checked your bot and was able to message it in Telegram.
I did notice that some responses were triggering errors, checking your bot I noticed that you had set an invalid "command" in your default response.

I figiured out my previous issue now Im on step 6 and I cant find the "App review for Messenger" Part, and what I did was to search the four items that needs the "add subscription" but theres no option for that only standard and advanced access..so i clicked request advanced access instead..

HTML5 depends on the browser, version, voice, and OS.
For Chrome think the speech stops after 200-300 characters if you use any of the Google voices, but the limit is based on time not characters. If you use the native desktop voices, (default if you don't set a voice), then the limit is much larger.

The maximum size depends on the speech provider. For the Bot Libre voices to max size is 800 characters. For other speech providers it is less.

In general chat messages should not be that long, as this would be a poor conversational interface. Consider splitting up your message into multiple messages using a conversation flow.

I notice my bot does not finish speaking messages that are long. Is there a maximum message size?

The issue is that a video avatar must have at least 2 videos, one for talking and one default video (not talking).

I added your talking video as a default for now and your video is working. You will need to replace it with a non-talking video.

Is there some minimum time for a video. I uploaded a four second video of my avatar talking, but it does not appear to play. The first frame of the video appear, but nothing more.

If you are detecting an emotion in your app the easiest way to notify the bot of the emotion is to send a message to the bot and have a response for this.
