FYI, the bots have a size limit to their knowledge base of 100,000 items. Once the bot exceeds the limit it will start to forget its least referenced/important data. So, you have to be careful on importing too much data.

The commercial site, http://www.paphuslivechat.com has a bigger limit, if 100,000 is not sufficient.
