Error while accessing External API's

Hi admin,

when  i am trying to access an external API i am getting some exceptions,can you please help me to fix this.

[Fatal Error] UTF-8:1:1: Content is not allowed in prolog.

Http:org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; systemId: file:///D:/BotLibre-master/BotLibre-master/ai-engine-test/UTF-8; lineNumber: 1; columnNumber: 1; Content is not allowed in prolog.
